• Role & Company / Project Overview: Vankal Cables & Transmission Ltd., a leading manufacturer of LT Cables, AB Cables, and Bare Conductors committed to delivering reliable and high-quality products for infrastructure, is hiring 3 Mechanical Maintenance Engineers / Sr. Engineers to join their growing team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Carry out preventive, breakdown, and plant maintenance activities of mechanical equipment. - Ensure smooth operation and high availability of production machines. - Handle utility systems including cooling towers, pumps, compressors, and related machinery. - Perform troubleshooting, fault analysis, and implement timely corrective actions. - Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize machine downtime. - Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and documentation. - Implement safety and 5S practices across the maintenance work area. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - Experience: 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in plant maintenance or manufacturing industry. - Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance, plant equipment, and utility systems. - Experience in the cable manufacturing industry will be an added advantage. - Demonstrated problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach. - Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure breakdown situations. - Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment with shift operations. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh. - Work environment: Manufacturing plant environment involving rotational shift operations. - Number of positions: 03. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary package based on experience. - Learning and professional growth opportunities. - Supportive and collaborative work environment within a growing and stable organization. • Application Instructions: - Share updated CV via email or contact the recruitment team directly.
