We are hiring a Commercial Head for a reputed company in the Coal Industry. The role involves leading commercial operations and business strategy, managing procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships, handling commercial negotiations and cost optimization, coordinating with finance, operations, logistics, and sales teams, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements, and driving profitability and operational efficiency. Preferred qualifications include MBA/PGDM (Finance, Marketing, Operations) or B.Com/M.Com/BBA with relevant experience. 12–15 years of relevant commercial management experience required. Experience in Coal, Mining, Steel, or related industrial sector preferred. CTC up to ₹24 LPA (negotiable).
