We seek an experienced SAP HCM Technical Consultant to support ongoing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives in a mid-to-senior capacity. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining SAP HCM integrations with internal and external systems, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and implementing enhancements within SAP HCM modules. Responsibilities include supporting SAP HCM Payroll processes (technical configuration, interfaces, reporting) and Time Management/Timekeeping functionalities, analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, developing technical documentation, performing testing, deployment, and post-implementation support, and collaborating with functional consultants and stakeholders. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, hybrid (remote/on-site) in Quezon City. Qualifications: 3–8+ years of experience in SAP HCM, including SAP HCM Integration, Payroll, Time Management/Timekeeping, ABAP Development, Technical Support & Enhancements, and Troubleshooting & Debugging.
