We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer – ITSM to join our team and lead the delivery of innovative ServiceNow solutions. The role involves leading a team of 4-5 ServiceNow developers to design, develop, and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge). Responsibilities include conducting requirements workshops, interacting with customers as a technical lead, building workflows, catalog items, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations. Additionally, implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub. Must ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and documentation standards, and support platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and instance management. Required skills include 5-8+ years of ServiceNow development experience, 2+ years in a Lead role, strong expertise in ITSM processes and configurations, and hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
