We are hiring a driven Lead Generation Executive to expand outreach, generate qualified leads, and support business development in a BPO/IT environment. Key responsibilities include researching and identifying potential prospects through various channels, generating and qualifying leads using BANT methodology, executing LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold-calling activities, working closely with the sales team to convert MQLs into SQLs, maintaining accurate lead data and CRM records, and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets. Required: 6 months to 4 years in Lead Generation/Inside Sales, strong communication skills, knowledge of B2B lead generation, familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools. Full-time position at Viman Nagar, Pune.
