We have an urgent requirement for a Property Manager at one of our residential sites in Pimple Nilakh, Pune. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in residential property management, preferably in premium projects. Responsibilities include managing petty cash, budgeting, CAM recovery, and finance-related planning. Technical knowledge of STP, WTP, FAS, FH, DG, Transformer (X-mer), and Access Control systems is required. Strong resident and vendor management skills in security, housekeeping, STP/WTP, fire, pool, and related areas are essential. Experience in procurement and vendor negotiations, and knowledge of MyGate, ADDA, or similar software is expected. The candidate must possess good communication, leadership, and team management skills, and be smart, presentable, and proactive.
