Job description
Role & Company / Project Overview: Dobinsons Spring & Suspension India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Anodizing Process Production Specialist to manage and monitor aluminium anodizing operations, ensure consistent product quality, and maintain production efficiency in our manufacturing facility located in Sudumbre, Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage day-to-day aluminium anodizing production activities. • Monitor and control chemical bath parameters, including concentration, pH, temperature, and process timing. • Ensure consistent anodizing quality, coating thickness, surface finish, and colour uniformity. • Troubleshoot anodizing defects and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Monitor production output, rejection rates, and process efficiency. • Ensure proper chemical handling, equipment maintenance, and workplace safety. • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to meet delivery and quality targets. • Maintain production records, process parameters, and quality documentation. • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and ETP requirements. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Diploma / ITI / Degree in Chemical Engineering / BSc Chemistry / MSc Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry or a related field preferred. • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in aluminium anodizing or surface treatment production. • Good understanding of anodizing processes, chemical bath control, and quality inspection. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage production challenges. • Knowledge of ETP operations and chemical safety will be an added advantage.
