The role involves supervising daily production activities and plant operations, monitoring process parameters, ensuring SOP compliance, and achieving production, quality, and delivery targets. The candidate will coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and EHS teams, ensure safe handling of chemicals and workplace safety, maintain batch records and production reports, troubleshoot process issues to reduce downtime and wastage, and guide operators on process, quality, and safety practices. Desired skills include knowledge of reactors, filtration, drying, blending, and chemical process operations, leadership and team coordination skills, and effective communication.
