As a Team Lead / Manager for Reconciliations & Transaction Control at Aquilasys Inc., you will oversee a team of analysts processing complex global portfolios, serve as the final escalation point for complex financial breaks, drive systemic workflow automation, and own SLA governance and risk mitigation strategies. Responsibilities include managing, mentoring, and upskilling reconciliation analysts, resolving high-value breaks across Derivatives, Mutual Funds, and Bonds, formulating control frameworks, managing vendor and custodian relationships, and championing workflow automation. Requirements include 10+ years of investment banking operations experience, minimum 3 years of formal team handling, expert knowledge of trade lifecycles and corporate actions, and strong stakeholder management skills.
