We are hiring a Technical Project Manager for IT Infrastructure in Pune. This role requires leading large-scale, high-complexity IT infrastructure projects across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will own delivery end-to-end, driving predictable project delivery, consolidated timelines, and milestones. Responsibilities include managing scope, dependencies, risks, and change controls from project kickoff to closure. You will ensure stakeholder alignment and transparent communication to leadership, establish governance frameworks such as RACI, escalation paths, and success criteria, and deliver projects as per the Fiserv IDLC framework. Must have 9-14 years of project management experience in IT Infrastructure, BFSI, or Cloud. PMP certification preferred, experience with matrix team leadership and BFSI domain preferred.
