We are hiring an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter for bulk hiring at Job Gain HR Solutions, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing and screening, conducting telephonic interviews, scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment database and trackers, handling bulk hiring requirements, and following up with candidates till joining. Eligibility: Graduate (any stream), 6 months to 2 years experience, preferably in bulk/volume hiring, with good communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media. Salary: INR 15,000-20,000 per month based on experience.
