We are hiring SAP HCM (HR) Consultants for an exciting contract opportunity. Candidates must have 7-9 years of experience and be immediate joiners. Required skills include 6+ years of SAP HCM experience in large enterprise environments, SAP S/4HANA, ABAP & SAP Fiori (UI5) Development, IDOC Processing & Monitoring, HRIS & SAP HR Integrations, SOX Compliance, GDPR-Compliant Data Handling, strong understanding of HR processes and data security, and knowledge of European (preferably Belgian) payroll regulations. Preferred skills: SAP Workflow Management, SAP SLT, SAP Basis, Mainframe (DB2, CoolGen), SAP HCM Certification, Data Cleansing Projects. Interview mode: Face-to-Face.
