We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Assistant HR Manager / HR Manager to lead and support HR operations for our growing BPO organisation based in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and retention initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders to achieve organizational goals. Key responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labour laws, training and development, and retention strategies. The candidate should have 6-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a BPO or contact center environment. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required, MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
