Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring for our esteemed client for a high-impact MDM Engineer / Master Data Management Analyst opportunity in Kharadi, Pune. The ideal candidate will support master data operations, data quality, and data governance initiatives, bringing a solid understanding of SQL, databases, ETL concepts, and MDM fundamentals, along with strong analytical and communication skills. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and maintain master data records, including customer, product, and supplier data. - Perform data cleansing, validation, matching, merging, and duplicate identification. - Write SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting. - Support data integration across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. - Assist with data quality monitoring, governance, documentation, and reporting. - Resolve data-related issues and manage tickets within defined SLAs. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 1.5–2 years of relevant experience in data management or data analysis. - Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related engineering field. - Good working knowledge of SQL, databases, and ETL concepts. - Basic understanding of MDM concepts, data quality, and data governance. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Good to Have: Exposure to Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, Stibo STEP, Profisee, Python, or ETL tools. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra, India. - Employment Type: Full-Time. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates: Please share your updated resume or connect via direct message to discuss this opportunity.
