We are looking for an experienced Stibo MDM Consultant with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Stibo STEP MDM solutions, defining governance processes, improving data quality, and enabling enterprise-wide master data strategy. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing Stibo STEP MDM solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, or Location master data. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions, configuring and customizing Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, attributes, classifications, hierarchies, and validations, and defining and implementing Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, stewardship processes, and data ownership models. The candidate will also develop and maintain data quality rules, cleansing strategies, matching/merging logic, and enrichment processes, integrate Stibo MDM with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, eCommerce, and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware, and support metadata management, lineage, cataloging, and compliance initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for migration, onboarding, testing, and deployment activities is essential, along with conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting MDM/data quality issues. The role includes preparing technical documentation, SOPs, governance guidelines, and architecture diagrams, as well as mentoring junior team members and supporting best practice adoption. Mandatory skills include 8–12 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Master Data Management, minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Stibo STEP MDM implementation/support, strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Data Stewardship, Metadata Management, and Reference Data Management, experience in configuring workflows, business rules, matching & merging, taxonomies & hierarchies, and data modeling, strong SQL and data analysis skills, and experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, or middleware platforms. This is a full-time role, immediate joiners only, and the location is Pune (Hybrid preferred) or Remote.
