We are hiring a Team Leader for Collections in an International Voice process (No Blended). The role involves leading a team of 13-18 agents, driving collections, sales & retention targets, monitoring quality, performance & KPIs, handling escalations and team coaching. Requirements: 1+ year as TL in Collections, 4+ years in International BPO (Voice), strong Telecom/Customer Support background with Sales & Retention. Night shift with free cab facility. Immediate requirement for Telecom Collections TLs with retention experience.
