Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Join our team in Pune as a WIP Handler. This is a dedicated non-voice, email-based role focused on claims and repair workflow management, ideal for professionals who excel at keeping work moving and following up systematically until completion. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Monitor WIP (Work In Progress) dashboards and track outstanding claim actions. - Chase contractors via email for appointments, detailed reports, and progress updates. - Accurately record contractor responses and promptly escalate overdue items. - Update claim records, internal notes, and claim history, and successfully complete claim closures. - Manage shared inboxes, workflow queues, and ageing actions. - Complete all operational tasks within strict Service Level Agreements (SLA). • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 3 years to 6 years of relevant experience. - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent attention to detail and high data entry accuracy. - Good written communication skills for email correspondence. - Demonstrated experience in queue management or workflow management. - A structured, process-driven approach to daily operations. - Desirable/Good to have: • Insurance operations or claims administration experience. • Exposure to repairs handling or contractor management. • Shared service centre or back-office operational background. • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, and MS Dynamics. • Tools Utilized: - MS Dynamics (IDA), Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and specialized contractor portals. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. - Work Mode: Onsite / Office-based non-voice operations. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their updated CV to the designated recruitment email.
