• Role & Company / Project Overview Crescendo Global is hiring a Motor Claims Executive – Back Office Operations for a leading General Insurance organization in Pune. This role offers an opportunity to advance within core motor insurance claims processing, claims file administration, documentation verification, and insurance operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage motor insurance claim files, verify claim documents, and handle policy verification - Administer insurance back-office operations and claims support processes - Update system records and resolve discrepancies identified in claim documentation - Carry out comprehensive data management, entry, and claim tracking using insurance portals - Coordinate and interact professionally with surveyors, garages, customers, and internal insurance teams - Oversee claim file administration and workflow tracking across the claims lifecycle • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Graduate degree in any discipline - 1 to 3 years of experience in Motor Insurance Claims, Claims Processing, or Insurance Back Office Operations - Strong understanding of motor insurance claim files, policy details, and required documentation - Hands-on experience in verifying claim documents and resolving documentation discrepancies - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and insurance portals with strong data-entry and tracking capabilities - Excellent coordination and communication skills for stakeholder interaction • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India • Compensation & Benefits - Exposure to core motor claims operations with a leading General Insurance organization - Clear platform and scope to build a long-term operational career in General Insurance • Application Instructions Interested candidates whose experience aligns with the requirements are invited to submit an updated CV via email for a confidential discussion.
