Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring for an Email & Chat Process in the E-commerce domain located in Kharadi, Pune. There are 50 open positions available for this process. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle customer inquiries, communication, and issue resolution effectively via email and chat support channels for an e-commerce platform. • Deliver high-quality customer support adhering to required process benchmarks and client guidelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply. • Experience: Minimum 6 months of mandatory E-commerce process experience. • BPO experience will NOT be considered. • Freshers are not eligible. • English Communication: C1-level English communication skills are mandatory. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Working Schedule: 5.5 working days. • Shifts: 24x7 rotational shifts (comfortable working in rotational shifts is required). • Walk-in Drive Dates: 21st to 25th September, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: Up to 35,000 per month. • Statutory Benefits: PF, ESI, and Gratuity. • Female Employees: Two-way cab facility provided. • Male Employees: 180 per day transport allowance if cab facility is not required.
