• Role & Company / Project Overview: RISE UP CONSULTANCY is urgently hiring for Customer Service & Collections processes in Kharadi, Pune. This position focuses on Soft Collections and Customer Service. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage customer service inquiries alongside soft collections outreach. - Maintain high professional standards and excellent customer communication. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Excellent communication skills are mandatory. - Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Kharadi, Pune. - Shifts: Login shifts at 4:30 PM | 8:30 PM | 1:30 AM. - Week Offs: Rotational (any 6 days per month). • Compensation & Benefits: - Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 Take-Home per month. - Experienced: Up to ₹50,000 Take-Home per month (salary depends on last drawn salary and years of experience). - Benefits: Performance incentives. • Application Instructions: - Submit your resume via email, WhatsApp, or through the direct online application form.
