Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for International BPO Third-Party Collections Process. Joining batch scheduled for 21st October. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage third-party collection calls and customer interactions. - Resolve delinquency and negotiate payment arrangements while adhering to international compliance regulations. - Maintain thorough documentation and achieve recovery targets. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Open to candidates with relevant collection/BPO experience or fresh candidates meeting communication standards. - Extremely excellent English communication skills mandatory. - Immediate joiners preferred. - 3 rounds of virtual interviews. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - US Rotational Shifts. - Login timings: 5:30 PM, 8:30 PM, 1:30 AM. - Week-offs: 2 Saturdays and 4 Sundays per month (alternate Sunday off, alternate Saturday half-day). - Two-way cab facility provided. - Work Location: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to ₹40,000 Take-Home per month (depends on last drawn salary and years of experience). - Unlimited incentives. • Application Instructions Limited hiring slots.
