• Role & Company / Project Overview Randstad Sourceright is expanding its technical workforce and seeking an experienced Lead Senior Associate – AI/ML / GenAI Specialist based in Pune. In this role, the candidate will design, build, and deploy production-ready Generative AI and Agentic systems. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Architect, implement, and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI solutions and autonomous agentic workflows. - Build advanced RAG architectures and connect with vector search engines. - Implement tool calling mechanisms, multi-agent architectures, and agentic workflows. - Develop scalable backend microservices and APIs using modern Python frameworks adhering to clean code standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with 6 to 10 years in Python software development. - Generative AI & LLMs: Proven expertise with LLM models including OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, alongside frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex. - Agentic AI & RAG: Practical experience with tool calling, multi-agent systems, vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, FAISS), and advanced RAG architectures. - Backend & APIs: High proficiency in FastAPI or Flask, OOP principles, SQL/NoSQL database design, and modern software engineering best practices. - Good to Have: Exposure to major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD workflows, and model/application evaluation frameworks such as LangSmith or RAGAS. - Notice Period: Preference for Immediate Joiners / 30 Days / candidates currently serving their notice period. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. - Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive industry-standard remuneration. • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV to the designated recruitment email address.
