• Role & Company / Project Overview: Exciting leadership opportunity for experienced GenAI and Agentic AI professionals to join as Gen AI Lead. This position is responsible for leading solution architecture and technical direction for enterprise-grade generative and agentic AI systems. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead solution architecture and provide technical leadership across GenAI and LLM-based applications. - Design and implement practical RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI solutions. - Build autonomous AI agents and workflows utilizing LangGraph, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and LangChain. - Develop and scale high-performance APIs and backends with FastAPI. - Perform prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and continuous model optimization. - Integrate and optimize vector databases for semantic search and retrieval systems. - Implement AI observability and tracking frameworks. - Oversee cloud AI platform implementations across Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar platforms. - Drive containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of professional experience. - Mandatory hands-on expertise in Python, GenAI, and LLM-based applications. - Strong practical implementation experience in RAG and Agentic AI solutions. - Deep expertise in LangGraph, MCP, LangChain, and AI Agents. - Solid knowledge of FastAPI, Prompt Engineering, LLM Evaluation, and Optimization. - Experience with Vector Databases and AI Observability. - Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent cloud AI platforms. - Solid understanding of CI/CD, MLOps, and containerization. - Proven track record in solution architecture and technical leadership. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (Onsite). - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. - Joining Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period in October. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can apply by submitting an updated resume to the designated recruiter email.
