Role & Company / Project Overview: Coforge is seeking experienced GenAI, Agentic AI, and Python professionals for Generative AI Developer, Lead, and Architect openings located in Pune. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Architect, develop, and integrate enterprise GenAI and Large Language Model applications. • Implement Agentic AI concepts and autonomous multi-agent frameworks. • Write clean, production-grade Python code for AI pipelines and service backends. • Develop scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and manage vector database querying. • Execute prompt engineering strategies and train/fine-tune ML/DL algorithms as needed. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • At least 3+ years of professional experience. • Extensive proficiency with Python. • Strong background in Generative AI and LLMs. • Working knowledge of Agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration frameworks. • Proven competence in Machine Learning and Deep Learning. • Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG pipelines, and Vector Databases.
