• Role & Company / Project Overview Randstad Sourceright is expanding its team and hiring for the position of Lead Senior Associate – AI/ML / GenAI Specialist in Chennai. The role focuses on designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic applications. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications. - Develop advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and integrate vector databases. - Implement tool calling, multi-agent frameworks, and autonomous agent systems. - Build robust backend APIs and data models following object-oriented programming principles and software engineering best practices. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with 6 to 10 years in Python software development. - Generative AI & LLMs: Strong expertise with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex. - Agentic AI & RAG: Hands-on experience with tool calling, multi-agent systems, vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, FAISS), and advanced RAG architectures. - Backend & APIs: Strong proficiency in FastAPI/Flask, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), database design (SQL/NoSQL), and software engineering best practices. - Good to Have: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and evaluation frameworks like LangSmith or RAGAS. - Notice Period: Preference for Immediate Joiners / 30 Days / candidates currently serving their notice period. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. - Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation based on industry standards and experience. • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV to the designated recruitment email address.
