We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer – Conversational Text AI to join an advanced technology team building next-generation conversational AI platforms powered by LLMs. The role involves working across the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, building intelligent conversational systems capable of understanding context, reasoning, and executing complex tasks. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining Conversational Text AI systems using advanced LLM frameworks, designing reusable AI components for enterprise business processes, implementing prompt engineering and orchestration, and fine-tuning LLMs/SLMs for performance. Candidates should possess 4-9 years of experience in AI/ML and Generative AI development, with strong skills in Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and experience with Redis, Postgres, and Vector Embeddings. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
