We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team as Cluster Business Head for Province 3 and 4. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Fisheries Science, or related field (B.F.Sc / M.F.Sc preferred). Experience: 5-10 years in aqua feed sales with minimum 4 years in a cluster/regional leadership role. Key responsibilities include driving sales growth, developing business plans, leading teams, strengthening distributor networks, organizing farmer engagement programs, monitoring market trends, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Competencies: strong business acumen, leadership, team management, analytical mindset, proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint/CRM, and communication skills in Nepali and English. Willingness to travel extensively.
