• Role & Company / Project Overview Total Seal Piston Rings is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate operations on the 2nd shift. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Supervise 2nd shift manufacturing team and daily shop floor activities - Ensure adherence to production schedules, safety guidelines, and quality standards - Address operational bottlenecks, assist operators, and coordinate workflow transitions - Report shift metrics, output, and operational issues to management • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity within a precision machining or manufacturing facility - Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM - Onsite manufacturing plant • Application Instructions Send your resume via email to apply.
