• Role & Company / Project Overview: As Forsythe & Long Industries expands into 40,000 additional square feet of manufacturing space in the Shoals, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our plant maintenance operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee the maintenance department, managing maintenance technicians and facility repairs. - Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for plant machinery and infrastructure. - Ensure workplace compliance with safety regulations and equipment operational standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within industrial maintenance. - Strong background in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and team management. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: The Shoals, Alabama, United States. - On-site manufacturing plant. • Compensation & Benefits: - Medical Insurance - Dental Insurance - Retirement Plan - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Paid Holidays • Application Instructions: - Email or text resumes to the HR team.
