Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Forsythe & Long Industries is expanding operations in the Shoals with 40,000 square feet of new manufacturing space. We are hiring machine and production Operators to work on production lines and support manufacturing output. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Operate machinery and equipment according to standard production and safety guidelines. - Monitor production lines for product defects and equipment malfunctions. - Assist in setup, changeover, and basic operational cleaning and upkeep. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Prior experience as a machine operator or production operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred. - Attention to detail, safety consciousness, and reliable attendance. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: The Shoals, Alabama, United States. - On-site plant manufacturing shifts. • Compensation & Benefits: - Medical Insurance - Dental Insurance - Retirement Plan - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Paid Holidays • Application Instructions: - Submit your resume to HR via email, text, or the company website.
