We are seeking a highly experienced Mainframe DB2 Systems Programmer with over 12 years of professional experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for IBM DB2 for z/OS administration, subsystem management, and performance tuning within high-availability enterprise environments. Key responsibilities include managing DB2 Data Sharing (Sysplex), ZPARMs, Buffer Pools, BSDS, and Catalog & Directory. Technical requirements include proficiency in JCL, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, SMP/E, OMEGAMON, MainView, REXX, and DB2 Replication (Q Replication, SQL Replication, CDC), as well as familiarity with CICS, IMS, and MQ. This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
