We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create polished presentations, work with maps and aerial imagery, and support real estate development and brokerage projects in a fully remote role. Key responsibilities include formatting professional slide decks, using Google Maps and Street View for site photo orientation, uploading and organizing site photos, and creating visually appealing property presentations. The role requires proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software, as well as experience with Sites USA for aerials and merchant overlays. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, is comfortable with location-based visuals, and can work independently. This is a part-time position (2 hours/day) from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST, with a fixed monthly salary of Php 14,000. Start date is ASAP.
