Oversee high-end residential remodeling and addition projects from start to finish for Hammer Creek Renovations. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house craftsmen. Maintain schedules while ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail. Build strong relationships with homeowners through clear, proactive communication. Solve problems in the field while keeping projects moving efficiently. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites that reflect our standards. Require 5+ years of residential construction supervision experience with strong knowledge of remodeling, additions, and custom construction. Must have professional communication and customer service skills.
