Role & Company / Project Overview: EMAPTA is looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage, support, and optimize AWS and hybrid cloud environments, with a focus on production infrastructure, automation, reliability, and security. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage AWS services, including EC2, EKS, RDS/Aurora, S3, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch. - Support Linux systems, databases, networking, monitoring, backups, and security. - Implement infrastructure as code using OpenTofu/Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, Packer, and Ansible. - Apply GitOps, version control, pull requests, and change management practices. - Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve infrastructure reliability and performance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in AWS, cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, or infrastructure operations. - Strong AWS production experience and extensive knowledge of EC2, EKS, RDS/Aurora, Linux, VPC, and IAM. - Hands-on experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code), Ansible, Git workflows, and infrastructure automation. - Solid knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL, monitoring, security, and incident management. - Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
