• Role & Company / Project Overview MSCS is a boutique Australian managed IT provider based in Melbourne looking for an experienced Level 2 / Level 3 MSP Engineer based in the Philippines to work fully remotely. The company values proactive engineers who prefer diagnosing and resolving technical challenges directly rather than passing tickets down the line. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Own support tickets from start to finish for numerous Australian small and medium business clients. - Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory environments. - Manage networking infrastructure, FortiGate firewalls, Google Workspace, RMM tools, backup solutions, and endpoint security suites. - Provide extensive phone and email support, communicating technical issues and resolutions in clear, plain English. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum of 2+ years of experience working at an MSP at Level 2 or above, actively supporting multiple business clients. - Hands-on experience with ticketing and PSA platforms (Autotask preferred; ConnectWise, HaloPSA, or similar accepted). - Deep technical proficiency across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, FortiGate, networking, RMM, backup, and endpoint security stacks. - Clear spoken and written English communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner. - Must be based in the Philippines and eligible to work as an independent contractor. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - 100% remote working arrangement from the Philippines. - Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST (corresponding to 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine time). • Compensation & Benefits - Monthly pay of AUD $1,700. - 100% remote flexibility. - Genuine ownership, autonomy, and broad technical variety across modern IT and security stacks. • Application Instructions - Send your CV via email with the subject line 'L2/L3 Engineer'.
