Job description
Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in AWS infrastructure, automation, troubleshooting, and DevOps tools. Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and support AWS infrastructure services including EC2, S3, VPC, and IAM. - Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and/or CloudFormation. - Write scripts and automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or equivalent languages. - Utilize monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and ELK. - Apply knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, firewall rules, and virtual networks. - Perform troubleshooting and resolve production-level issues. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure pipelines, GitHub Actions, and related DevOps tooling. - Oversee AWS compute, networking, storage, and security configurations. - Participate in cloud migration activities, including discovery, assessment, technical architecture, and infrastructure design. - Maintain clear documentation and ensure strong communication and collaboration across teams. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 3.5+ years of relevant experience. - Strong expertise in AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM). - Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation. - Proficient in Python, Bash, or equivalent scripting. - Strong troubleshooting and production support experience. - AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator (preferred). - Containerization experience with Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, or ECS (preferred). - Experience with DevOps automation and cloud infrastructure management (preferred). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: EGL, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Shift: 2nd Shift.
