Additional responsibilities include driving ATS data integrity, tracking performance metrics like time-to-fill, and ensuring compliance with US employment laws including EEO and pay transparency. Qualifications include 2 years of US recruitment team lead experience, ideally with permanent and technical roles, and willingness to work onsite on a graveyard schedule in the US time zone.
