The System Development & Process Improvement Specialist supports the organization's digital transformation by designing, developing, and improving business processes through low-code solutions and automation. The role combines hands-on system development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Copilot) with strong process analysis and design capabilities. The incumbent works closely with business stakeholders, process owners, IT, and automation teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions that increase efficiency, transparency, and data quality. Key responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, designing optimized improvements, developing low-code solutions, translating requirements into functional designs, collaborating with stakeholders, developing dashboards and reports, ensuring compliance with governance standards, conducting testing and user acceptance testing, preparing documentation and user guides, and identifying opportunities for automation. The role requires a bachelor's degree in IT, Business Process Management, Computer Science or related field, 3-5 years of relevant experience, proven experience delivering end-to-end digital or automation solutions, and fluent English.
