We are seeking a talented Hardware Test Engineer / HIL Test Engineer to support the deployment, maintenance, and scaling of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test infrastructure in a cutting-edge engineering environment. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining embedded hardware platforms and HIL test infrastructure; configuring and managing Linux-based embedded devices using CLI; monitoring device health, test dashboards, and infrastructure performance; performing first-line troubleshooting, remote power cycling, and issue triage; supporting fleet onboarding, provisioning, and test device inception; installing and maintaining server racks, network switches, and Ubuntu-based test servers; verifying software-to-hardware mappings and physical device routing; coordinating custom wiring harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies; operating lab equipment including multimeters, power supplies, and networked power controllers; and documenting test setups, network layouts, and hardware configurations. Required skills include Linux CLI Administration, Ubuntu/Linux Systems, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Testing, Embedded Systems, Networking (Ethernet, SSH, Switches), Hardware Troubleshooting, Device Provisioning and Fleet Management, Server Rack and Lab Infrastructure Support, Power Management and Diagnostics, and Test Automation Environment Support. Preferred experience includes Embedded Hardware Platforms, Network Infrastructure Management, Lab Operations and Test Bench Support, Electro-Mechanical Assembly Coordination, and Automotive, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, or Hardware Validation Environments.
