We are hiring an experienced ERP Technical Analyst – Level 3 to join a large-scale enterprise project supporting ERP implementation, integration, system enhancements, and technical analysis. The role involves analyzing business and technical requirements, designing, configuring, testing, and implementing ERP solutions, supporting ERP integrations and system enhancements, performing data migration and system upgrades, preparing technical specifications and operational documentation, conducting impact analysis, supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, and production releases, monitoring ERP performance, and collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project managers. Required experience includes 8+ years of ERP Technical Analysis & Support with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP platforms, plus expertise in ERP configuration, customization, SQL, database management, API and middleware integration, system testing, data migration, documentation, troubleshooting, and cloud-based ERP environments. Preferred qualifications include experience in large enterprise or government environments, SAP HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ITIL, PMP, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft certifications, and ERP transformation project experience. Candidates must have a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and must possess mandatory Security Clearance II. This is a government enterprise project based in Ottawa, Canada.
