Role & Company / Project Overview: Tawoos Agricultural Systems L.L.C. is seeking a well-organised Maintenance Manager – Farm Machinery based in Oman. The selected professional will lead the maintenance operations for tractors and agricultural equipment, planning ahead to prevent breakdowns and ensuring swift operational turnaround when issues occur. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of high-horsepower tractors and farm machinery. • Plan spare parts requirements and coordinate efficiently with overseas suppliers. • Maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules, service records, and cost tracking utilizing Microsoft Excel. • Build, mentor, and lead the workshop team to optimize operational efficiency and workflow. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical). • Proven experience in a similar capacity with a company of repute. • Highly organized and capable of responding effectively to short-notice demands. • Strong computer and analytical skills in Microsoft Excel. • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in Arabic is considered an added advantage. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Oman (Onsite agricultural operations and workshop facility).
