• Role & Company / Project Overview: Sula Vineyards, Nashik is hiring a Manager - Maintenance to oversee facility engineering, plant equipment, and infrastructure maintenance across the vineyard and hospitality premises. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee and lead the maintenance and engineering team across all property facilities. - Plan, implement, and track preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. - Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. - Manage vendors, maintenance contractors, spare parts inventory, and engineering budgets. - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize operational downtime. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in facility maintenance management within hospitality, resorts, or large estates. - Technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and general maintenance operations. - Strong leadership, budget management, and operational problem-solving capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Sula Vineyards, Nashik, Maharashtra. - Work Mode: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should send their CV via email or WhatsApp.
