• Role & Company / Project Overview Budha Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. (BIDPL) is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Mechanical (1 vacancy) to manage heavy plant, equipment, and machinery across highway development projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Direct and manage mechanical operations, fleet management, and heavy earthmoving/highway equipment. - Implement maintenance schedules, breakdown repairs, and equipment utilization across project sites. - Coordinate machinery procurement, spare parts inventory, and plant operations (e.g., batching plants, hot mix plants, sensor pavers). • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 6 years of experience in mechanical engineering and plant/machinery management within highway or infrastructure construction companies. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Project sites in Rajasthan, Telangana, or Tripura, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary as per qualifications, relevant experience, and interview performance. • Application Instructions - Send CV to the provided email or WhatsApp with preferred working state specified.
