• Role & Company / Project Overview Budha Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. (BIDPL) is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor (QS) Manager (3 vacancies) to handle commercial, billing, and quantity estimation for highway infrastructure projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead quantity surveying, contract management, rate analysis, and project costing. - Prepare and verify client bills (IPC/running bills), subcontractor measurements, variation orders, and claims. - Monitor project budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, and material reconciliations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in highway and infrastructure development. - In-depth knowledge of contract clauses, measurement books, billing standards, and BOQ analysis. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Locations across Rajasthan, Telangana, or Tripura, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary as per qualifications, relevant experience, and interview performance. • Application Instructions - Share updated resume via email or WhatsApp mentioning preferred location.
