Wavestone Germany AG is seeking a Text Administrator (Content Composer) for a project in document services at a large insurance company. The role involves analyzing, conceptualizing, and implementing complex text requirements, as well as administering the corresponding print systems. Responsibilities include programming new text modules and their logic, programming print controls (e.g., inserts, conditions), maintaining, setting up, modifying, and deleting text modules and print controls and their logic, planning, coordinating, executing, and approving tests of all newly implemented correspondence for operational use, creating complex technical analyses and concepts as a basis for decision templates, determining qualified effort estimates and efficient solution approaches within the area of responsibility, leading sub-projects in the assigned area of responsibility, creating, reviewing, and adjusting quality assurance measures for existing and offer texts (e.g., layout, CD/CI specifications), supporting, advising, and training departments regarding the functionalities of the print and text systems, troubleshooting, adjusting, and administering daily tasks as well as fault analysis in the print and text system, coordinating changes and extensions to existing print systems, identifying and analyzing concepts for optimizing workflows in the Content Composer tool, and creating presentations, departmental information, and training materials. Required qualifications include in-depth knowledge of formatting in MS Word, experience in analyzing document specifications and their technical implementation, a good understanding of scripting languages based on C#, strong analytical thinking skills, good communication and organizational skills, and good German and English skills in both spoken and written. Preferred qualifications include experience with the Hyland ContentComposer system or comparable document creation systems, programming experience in C and C++, experience in project work in different roles, and experience in creating technical analyses and concepts for complex text requirements. The project is hybrid: knowledge transfer on-site in Nuremberg for the first two months, followed by possible home office work.
