Create wireframes, UI/UX designs, and interactive prototypes for web and native mobile applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback from users and stakeholders. Develop and maintain Design Systems to ensure consistency across digital products. Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and developers to deliver user-centered solutions. Continuously improve user interfaces based on user insights, testing results, and business needs. Prepare and maintain design documentation including design specifications, Design Thinking outputs, and JIRA updates.
