We are looking for a visionary Dynamics 365 Technical Architect to design scalable, secure and high-performing solutions that align with business strategy and drive digital transformation across the organization. Key responsibilities: solution architecture - design end-to-end D365 architectures aligned with business goals, define solution roadmaps, patterns and best practices; technical leadership - provide technical direction and guidance to delivery teams, drive design reviews, code reviews and architecture reviews; integration & extensibility - architect integrations using APIs, Power Platform, Azure services and third-party systems, ensure loose coupling, reusability and scalability; security & compliance - define security model, roles, permissions and data access, ensure compliance with data protection and industry standards; performance & scalability - define architecture for high availability, performance and scalability, optimize solution for reliability and maintainability; data architecture - master data strategy, ensure data quality, integrity and governance; technology strategy - evaluate new technologies and platform capabilities, define standards for ALM, DevOps and CI/CD, collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions; mentoring & support - mentor development teams and promote knowledge sharing, provide production support and troubleshoot complex issues. Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 implementations, at least 3 full life cycle implementation projects, strong experience in solution architecture and technical design, exposure to complex enterprise integrations and cloud architecture. Technical skills: D365 Modules F&O, CE, SCM, HR, Project Operations, Finance; Configurations: Entities, Data Models, Workflows, Business Rules, Security, Reports, Forms; SSRS, Logic Apps, Service Bus; Development: X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Fx; Reporting: SSRS, Power BI, Excel Add-ins; Platforms: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field; Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert (MB-700) preferred; Microsoft Certified: Azure Solution Architect Expert (AZ-305) preferred; strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
