We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant to drive proposal responses, create winning solutions, engage with customers, and contribute to business growth. Key responsibilities include requirement analysis and solution design, proactive proposal management, effort estimation and solution costing, developing compelling pitches and proposals, creating reusable collaterals, templates and account dockets, managing case studies and knowledge, and working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Delivery, Practice, and Vertical. The ideal candidate must have 2 to 15 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal management. Core expertise areas include ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps. This role is based in Noida, with an immediate to 30-day notice period.
