UniLiv (Communezen Ventures Pvt. Ltd.) is hiring a Business Development / Sales Intern for a full-time, 3-6 month internship based in Noida. The intern will handle inbound leads from students and parents, conduct sales calls, site visits, and booking conversions, build outbound lead pipelines and referral channels, partner with colleges, coaching centers, and brokers, run market intelligence and competitor benchmarking, and manage CRM, sales funnels, and reporting. Candidates must be students or fresh graduates passionate about sales and growth, with strong communication skills and comfort with negotiation, follow-ups, and field work. Interns gain hands-on sales and business development experience, negotiation and conversion skills, exposure to occupancy strategy and revenue optimization, institutional partnership building, direct mentorship from growth leadership, and a potential PPO for high performers. Stipend includes a fixed amount plus performance-based incentives.
