We are expanding our team at GYGY Group and seeking an experienced professional to join as Senior Manager – Commercial Leasing (Office Space) in Noida. The role involves leading leasing activities for office and commercial developments, identifying and acquiring corporate occupiers including MNCs, startups, and enterprise clients, and driving leasing transactions from lead generation to deal closure. Responsibilities include commercial negotiations, finalizing lease terms, developing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental yield, building and maintaining relationships with IPCs, brokers, and consultants, managing a channel partner network, tracking market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor developments, analyzing demand across IT/ITeS, coworking, BFSI, and consulting sectors, preparing proposals, LOIs, lease agreements, coordinating with legal, finance, and operations teams, and monitoring portfolio performance. Experience required: 6–10 years. CTC range: INR 18–22 LPA plus performance bonus. Location: Noida. Industry: Commercial Real Estate / Office Leasing.
